1. Refund Eligibility

• Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Used or damaged products are not eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
• Refund Method: Refunds are issued as store voucher codes only.

2. Warranty for Pumps

• The warranty applies only if the pump isn’t functioning properly or stops working. No warranty is offered for other issues.

3. Return Shipping

• Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Free Returns: If your return is due to a defect or shipping error, we will cover the return shipping.
