  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Used or damaged products are not eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued as store voucher codes only.

2. Warranty for Pumps

  • The warranty applies only if the pump isn’t functioning properly or stops working. No warranty is offered for other issues.

3. Return Shipping
